2010:  New Mexico Heritage Preservation Award for Architectural Heritage for the restoration of the Fort Stanton Administration and Museum building.

2009:  National Trust for Historic Preservation Honor Award for the restoration of the Gutiérrez-Hubbell House, in partnership with Bernalillo County Parks & Recreation and the Hubbell House Alliance.

2008:  National Trust/Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Award for Federal Partnerships in Historic Preservation for the V-Site Restoration Project, in conjunction with Los Alamos National Laboratory and the Atomic Heritage Foundation.

2008:  New Mexico Heritage Preservation Award for Architectural Heritage for the "remarkable rehabilitation of the Hubbell House."
